Purpose\nThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating import/export shipments, preparing shipping and customs documentation, liaising with freight forwarders and internal shipments are processed smoothly and on time.\n\nArrange shipment bookings and follow up on vessel, flight, and delivery schedules.\n\nTrack shipments from dispatch to final delivery and provide timely updates to concerned departments.\n\nEnsure all shipping and customs documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timelines.\n\nFollow up on customs clearance and coordinate with concerned teams to resolve any documentation or clearance issues.\n\nSupport the preparation and processing of Certificate of Origin and other import/export documentation.\n\nObtain and compare freight quotations from logistics service providers when required.\n\nCoordinate loading, packing, collection, transportation, and delivery arrangements.\n\nMaintain proper records of shipments, freight documents, and related logistics transactions.\n\nAssist in resolving shipment delays, delivery discrepancies, and other logistics-related issues.\n\nEnsure compliance with company procedures and applicable customs and shipping requirements.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.\n\nRelevant experience in Logistics Coordination, Shipping, Import/Export, or Freight Forwarding.\n\nGood understanding of Sea, Air, Land, and Courier shipment procedures.\n\nFamiliarity with shipping documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, and Certificate of Origin.\n\nKnowledge of UAE customs and import/export procedures is preferred.\n\nExperience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs teams, warehouse, and internal departments.\n\nGood communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.\n\nProficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
