This is a fully remote role where you will work closely with Australian engineers, project managers, and BIM coordinators to produce high-quality BIM models, shop drawings, and coordinated documentation for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential developments.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in Wet & Dry Fire Protection Systems, Autodesk Revit, and BIM coordination, with an understanding of Australian drafting standards and collaborative remote working environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop accurate 3D BIM models and detailed shop drawings for Wet & Dry Fire Protection Systems using Autodesk Revit.\n\nProduce coordinated drawings for sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, clean agent systems, water storage tanks, pipework, supports, and associated fire protection equipment.\n\nPrepare installation, fabrication, and coordination drawings in accordance with Australian project standards and BIM requirements.\n\nCreate, modify, and maintain Revit Families for fire protection components and equipment.\n\nCoordinate with Fire Protection Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Structural, and Architectural disciplines to ensure clash-free models.\n\nPerform clash detection using Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360, and resolve coordination issues.\n\nReview consultant drawings, architectural layouts, reflected ceiling plans, and services documentation to ensure design accuracy.\n\nUpdate and maintain BIM models throughout all project phases, ensuring revisions are accurately incorporated.\n\nParticipate in virtual coordination meetings with Australian project teams.\n\nEnsure drawings comply with project BIM standards, client requirements, and Australian fire protection documentation practices.\n\nMaintain document control, drawing registers, and revision history throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDeliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality and drafting accuracy.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Revit drafting for Fire Protection or Building Services projects.\n\nExperience working on Australian fire protection projects is highly desirable.\n\nPrevious experience working remotely with international engineering teams is an advantage.\n\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).\n\nStrong working knowledge of AutoCAD.\n\nExperience creating and managing Revit Families.\n\nExperience using Revizto, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360.\n\nUnderstanding of BIM workflows, Levels of Development (LOD), and multidisciplinary model coordination.\n\nFamiliarity with Australian drafting practices and fire protection documentation.\n\nWorking knowledge of Australian Standards (AS) relating to fire protection systems is an advantage.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.\n\nRemote Working Requirements\nReliable high-speed internet connection.\n\nDedicated home office with a professional working environment.\n\nAbility to work during overlapping hours with the Australian project team when required.\n\nComfortable using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.\n\nPreferred Experience (Highly Desirable)\nCandidates with experience in any of the following will be given preference:\nAustralian Fire Protection projects\n\nSprinkler Systems\n\nHydrant
