That is where you come in!\n The Finance Functional Solution Architect provides global functional leadership for Infor M3 across record-to-report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, treasury interfaces, and statutory reporting.\nThis role translates business priorities into scalable, supportable solutions while protecting the global template and reducing unnecessary customization.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead end-to-end solution design for Finance capabilities and related cross-functional processes.\nOwn functional architecture, configuration standards, and alignment to the global M3 template.\nFacilitate discovery and fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders and regional teams.\nTranslate approved requirements into functional designs, specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidance.\nRecommend configuration, process change, integration, or extension approaches based on business value and long-term supportability.\nPartner with Product Management, Technical Architecture, Integrations, Development, Testing, and Support teams.\nProvide expert guidance for complex incidents, root-cause analysis, releases, and production transitions.\nCoach analysts and strengthen consistent functional practices across regions. Required Qualifications\nExtensive functional experience with Infor M3 Finance or a comparable global ERP finance platform.\nStrong knowledge of core accounting processes, financial controls, period close, payables, receivables, tax, and statutory requirements.\nDemonstrated experience leading solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.\nAbility to balance global standards with legal, statutory, and justified regional requirements.\nAbility to communicate complex ERP concepts clearly to finance, technical, and leadership audiences.\n Experience supporting a global or multi-region Infor M3 environment.\nExperience with ERP governance, design authority, global templates, and controlled regional variation.\nUnderstanding of integrations, data dependencies, testing, release management, and production support.\nStrong facilitation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills. governance and data quality frameworks Snowflake migration/modernization experience\nExperience with APIs and modern data integration patterns CI/CD and DevOps practices for data engineering.\n Disclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
