manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.\nEstablish project plans, delivery timelines, milestones, dependencies, and governance mechanisms aligned with business objectives.\nApply project management methodologies and best practices to drive effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.\nCoordinate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet business goals and client expectations.\nTrack project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.\nFacilitate regular project status meetings and maintain accurate project documentation, action trackers, and delivery reports.\nProvide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, team performance, and operational priorities.\nLeverage experience with Qualtrics to support relevant project delivery and business initiatives.\nPartner with HR and leadership teams for operational, administrative, and setup-related issues affecting the local team.\nCollaborate with HR, IT, facilities, and other support functions to identify and resolve local operational challenges promptly.\nServe as a liaison between local teams and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, project objectives, timelines, and business requirements.\nManage multiple stakeholders across business, technology, delivery, HR, and leadership functions.\nOversee a portfolio of approximately $3-5 million, ensuring effective delivery, financial discipline, and operational
