Salesforce Solution Architecture & Design\nDefine Salesforce architecture strategy, best practices, and governance standards.\nDesign scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.\nEnsure seamless integration between Salesforce and third-party applications (ERP, finance, marketing automation, etc.).\nDevelop data models, security structures, and automation frameworks within Salesforce.\nSupport CPQ-related configurations and enhancements as needed.\n2. Salesforce Development & Customization\nOversee the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce applications.\nLead customization efforts using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.\nImplement and optimize Salesforce automation, including workflow rules, process builders, and approval processes.\nSupport basic CPQ configurations, such as pricing rules, product catalogs, and quote templates.\n3. Integration & Data Management\nLead Salesforce integration with external systems (ERP, billing, CRM, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and middleware tools.\nOversee data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity across platforms.\nManage Salesforce security, user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.\n4. CPQ Support & Enhancements\nAssist with basic Salesforce CPQ configurations, including pricing structures, approval workflows, and quote templates.\nWork with sales and finance teams to ensure CPQ functionalities align with business needs.\nTroubleshoot CPQ-related issues and recommend process improvements.\n5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership\nCollaborate with business leaders, IT teams, developers, and admins to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.\nEngage with executive leadership to align Salesforce capabilities with strategic goals.\n6. Implementation, Support & Continuous Improvement\nOversee Salesforce releases, system upgrades, and new feature rollouts.\nEnsure system stability, security, and performance by proactively monitoring Salesforce environments.\nProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation.\nContinuously evaluate and improve Salesforce processes and user adoption.\n 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture, 12 years+ overall experience.\n1-2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ (basic understanding of product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates).\nStrong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.\nExperience with Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, middleware, or ETL tools).\nSalesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or CPQ Specialist).\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Billing.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
