That is where you come in!\n We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture, technical design, and delivery of large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise, deep understanding of platform architecture, enterprise integrations, and technical governance, along with the ability to lead distributed teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Solution Architecture & Technical Design:\nOwn and drive end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for complex enterprise implementations.\nDesign scalable, secure, high-performing solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Platform capabilities.\nDefine architecture standards, design patterns, and technical best practices.\nCreate and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.\nDrive architectural decisions covering Salesforce data models, integrations, automation, security, and performance.\nEvaluate solution alternatives and recommend approaches aligned with business and enterprise architecture objectives.\n2. Salesforce Technical Expertise:\nProvide hands-on technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.\nDesign reusable, scalable, and maintainable components following Salesforce development best practices.\nEnsure governor limit optimization, bulkification , asynchronous processing, and performance tuning.\nGuide development teams on complex technical challenges and troubleshooting.\nConduct design and code reviews to ensure technical quality and adherence to architecture standards.\n3. Integration & Data Architecture:\nDesign and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and asynchronous integration patterns.\nDefine integration strategies, error handling, monitoring, and data synchronization mechanisms.\nDesign scalable Salesforce data models and data management solutions.\nEnsure data integrity, security, and optimal platform performance.\nExperience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms is an advantage\n Disclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
