That is where you come in!\n Requirements\nExperience : 4+ years\nExperience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, production support, and troubleshooting.\nStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.\nGood understanding of AEM Sites, Sling Models, OSGi Framework, Apache Sling, JCR Repository, and HTL/Sightly.\nExperience developing and maintaining AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services.\nStrong Java development skills with experience in JavaScript, REST APIs, and JSON.\nExperience working with Editable Templates, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.\nGood understanding of AEM architecture, repository structure, and application configuration.\nHands-on experience in L2 and L3 production support, incident management, application troubleshooting, and bug fixing.\nStrong debugging and analytical skills, including log analysis, root cause investigation, and RCA preparation.\nExperience managing production incidents and resolving issues within defined SLAs.\nExperience troubleshooting third-party integrations and API connectivity issues.\nKnowledge of application performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization.\nExperience with Maven, Git, and software development best practices.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.\nExposure to AEM Cloud Service and cloud-based application environments.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business users, content authors, developers, support teams, and external vendors.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a production support environment.\nWillingness to work in the US time zone shift from 8:30 PM IST to 5:30 AM IST.\nFlexibility to work in a hybrid or location-flexible arrangement.\nFamiliarity with Docker and exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments would be an added advantage.\nResponsibilities\nProvide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, ensuring platform stability and availability.\nMonitor AEM production environments and proactively identify and resolve application, content, authoring, publishing, and configuration-related issues.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, debugging, and root cause identification for complex production incidents.\nManage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, and support tickets within agreed SLAs.\nCoordinate with business users, content authors, and cross-functional support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.\nSupport deployments, releases, environment validations, and production changes.\nPerform code-level debugging and resolve complex defects involving AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations.\nConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes and preventive solutions for recurring issues.\nManage and troubleshoot integrations with third-party platforms and REST APIs.\nCollaborate with Adobe Support for product-related issues, technical investigations, and escalations.\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services.\nDevelop scalable and reusable AEM solutions using Sling Models, Servlets, OSGi Services, HTL (Sightly), and JCR.\nWork on AEM Sites, Editable Templates, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Workflows.\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, performance requirements, and security best practices.\nSupport performance tuning, application monitoring, platform stability, and scalability initiatives.\nContribute to AEM Cloud Service adoption, CI/CD implementation, and DevOps initiatives.\nParticipate in technical design discussions, platform enhancements, and modernization activities.\nMaintain knowledge base articles, operational documentation, and technical support guidelines.\nParticipate in on-call support and major incident management activities as required.\n Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
