Kore.ai XO10, XO11 or Artemis\nStrong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js and Python\nStrong knowledge of REST APIs and JSON\nExperience with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG and Vector Databases\nStrong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and architectures\nExperience integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions\nExperience with multi-agent orchestration and AI observability platforms is preferred\nBanking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred\nKore.ai Developer / Artemis certification is preferred\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop, configure and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform.\nBuild and enhance chatbots and AI agents using Kore XO10, XO11 or Artemis.\nDesign and implement Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG and Prompt Engineering.\nDevelop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and Node.js.\nDesign and implement reusable conversational AI components and agent capabilities.\nIntegrate LLMs, Vector Databases and enterprise data sources into AI solutions.\nImplement multi-agent orchestration and AI observability practices where required.\nTroubleshoot production issues and improve AI response accuracy, stability and performance.\nEnsure solutions comply with security, governance and enterprise architecture standards.\nCollaborate with business, technology and product teams to deliver conversational AI use cases.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
