The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese with fluent English communication skills, capable of working closely with Japanese clients and global delivery teams to define business requirements, optimize processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and project delivery teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and delivered successfully. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, business process analysis expertise, and experience working in multicultural environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management:\nConduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders. \nGather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.\nTranslate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.\nIdentify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.\nCreate business process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.\nStakeholder Management:\nAct as the primary liaison between Japanese clients and global delivery teams.\nFacilitate communication across business users, project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams.\nPresent findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.\nBuild trusted relationships with client leadership and business users.\nSolution Design & Delivery\nSupport Collaborate with technical teams to design business solutions aligned with client objectives.\nSupport Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.\nAssist in UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off processes.\nEnsure delivered solutions meet business
