workshops, technical presentations, and solution-defense discussions.\nSupport the Business Unit in developing technical capabilities, reference architectures, accelerators, AI capabilities and differentiated service offerings.\n 15+ years of experience in digital engineering/IT, with a strong background in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership.\nProven experience designing scalable, secure, and complex solution architectures, including system integration and enterprise-level solutions.\nStrong understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies, preferably with hands-on experience in ART environments and PI Planning.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions, assess architectural trade-offs, and drive technical decisions across multiple teams.\nExperience in presales activities, technical solution design, RFPs, and customer-facing presentations or workshops.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with exposure to AI capabilities, reference architectures, and technical innovation considered a plus.\n Previous experience within the Life Sciences domain is considered an
