Office & Workplace Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Office & Workplace Coordinator with excellent German and English language skills. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional office environment while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day workplace activities.

• Welcome and professionally assist business partners, guests, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Coordinate daily office operations and maintain a professional, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment.
• Organize and support internal events, meetings, employee activities, and workplace initiatives.
• Support room planning, office design, workplace organization, and overall facility coordination.
• Manage office inventory, merchandise, shipping, and related administrative processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and independently initiate projects to enhance office efficiency.
• Support back-office and expense-related activities using MS Office, SAP Concur, and SAP Concur Expense

• Very good/professional German language skills and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality, gastronomy, retail, office administration, or a similar service-oriented environment.
• Commercial/administrative apprenticeship or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high level of service orientation.
• Independent, structured, reliable, and conscientious approach to work.
• Experience in event organization, inventory management, merchandise management, or shipping is desirable.
• Knowledge of Backoffice Customization, SAP Concur, and SAP Concur Expense is an advantage.
