That is where you come in!\n Requirements\nExperience : 11+ years\nRelevant experience in Solution Architecture or a closely related architecture role.\nStrong hands-on experience designing and architecting microservices-based applications.\nProven experience designing and architecting at least 3 large-scale, secure, resilient, API-driven applications.\nStrong expertise in High-Level Design (HLD), enterprise architecture patterns, and scalable solution design.\nStrong understanding of API-driven architectures, distributed systems, microservices, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.\nStrong experience defining architecture standards, best practices, technical guidelines, and reusable solution blueprints.\nProven experience working within Agile squads/tribes and collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.\nStrong Banking Domain experience, with exposure to areas such as Banking, Wealth Management, Lending, Asset Management, and Accounting.\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure application architecture.\nKnowledge of PCI-DSS, GDPR, and UAE regulatory requirements.\nGood understanding of security architecture concepts and secure-by-design practices.\nExposure to offensive and defensive security concepts is desirable.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor architects and engineering teams and provide technical leadership.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make architecture decisions in complex enterprise environments.\nExposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, MCP, and AI Agents is desirable.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code is an advantage.\nExperience evaluating emerging technologies and translating them into practical enterprise solutions is desirable.\nSecurity Architect experience or exposure is an added advantag.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and own solution architecture for large-scale, secure, resilient, and API-driven enterprise applications.\nDesign and implement scalable microservices architectures aligned with business and technology objectives.\nLead High-Level Design (HLD), architecture definition, technology selection, and solution design activities.\nDefine architecture patterns, technical standards, best practices, reusable components, and architecture blueprints.\nEnsure solutions meet requirements for scalability, availability, resilience, security, performance, and maintainability.\nLead architecture discussions across product, engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams.\nCollaborate with Agile squads and tribes to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nReview solution designs and provide architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.\nEnsure architecture and solutions comply with cybersecurity requirements, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.\nIdentify architectural risks, technical dependencies, security gaps, and scalability challenges and define appropriate mitigation strategies.\nWork closely with security teams to incorporate secure-by-design principles and appropriate security controls.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, senior engineers, and development teams.\nManage senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical concepts and architecture decisions effectively.\nDrive adoption of reusable architecture patterns and engineering best practices across projects and teams.\nContribute to modernization initiatives involving APIs, microservices, cloud-native technologies, and enterprise platforms.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and assess their suitability for enterprise adoption.\nExplore and support AI/GenAI use cases involving LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, MCP, and AI Agents.\nEvaluate developer productivity and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.\nApply understanding of offensive and defensive security concepts when designing and reviewing enterprise solutions.\nProvide architectural support during implementation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.\n Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
