proofs to ensure consistency and production readiness \nCollaborate with Design, Production, Product Development, and Sales teams to support smooth project execution \nMaintain organized files, project documentation, and asset libraries \nDevelop mockups, presentations, and supporting visual materials as needed \nIncorporate feedback, resolve production-related issues, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work \n 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design or product design \nExperience designing physical consumer products, preferably within stationery, paper goods, gifts, accessories, home goods, fashion, beauty, toys, or similar industries \nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign \nKnowledge of print production, prepress processes, file preparation, color management, materials, and finishing techniques \nExperience with project management and proofing tools (e.g., Monday.com, Lytho, Ziflow) \nFamiliarity with Dropbox, Miro, and other collaborative workflow tools \nExcellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines \nStrong attention to detail, quality control, and problem-solving skills \nEffective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment \nAdaptable, proactive, and able to balance creative design work with technical production requirements \nExperience using macOS \nAmenable to work Tuesday-Saturday,
