You’ll also collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to resolve issues, maintain QA documentation, and ensure a smooth website launch.\nResponsibilities:\nTaking part in QA processes, reading and analysis of requirements, writing and implementation of test plans/cases, testing of websites/web applications \nEnsuring the overall quality of the sites delivered functional and non-functional testing \nWriting, reviewing, and updating document procedures to enable faster troubleshooting and resolution \nConduct thorough testing of websites and web applications, including functional, usability, performance, security, and cross-browser testing \nIdentify, document, and track bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues, providing clear reports to developers and project managers \nVerify responsive design and mobile compatibility across multiple devices and screen sizes \nTest third-party integrations such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics \nEnsure SEO best practices and web accessibility (WCAG) compliance \nCollaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to improve website performance and resolve issues \nConduct regression testing to ensure new updates do not introduce errors \nMonitor and test website speed and performance, recommending optimizations \nEnsure security compliance and check for vulnerabilities in web applications \nPerform manual functional, UI, cross-browser, and device testing using staging/local environments before deployments. \n Review design files (Figma, Adobe XD) against developed pages to verify visual accuracy and layout fidelity. \n Validate manual forms, lead captures, navigation flows, and e-commerce checkout processes end-to-end. \n Log, categorize, and track bugs with detailed steps to reproduce, screenshots, and video recordings in ClickUp. \n Inform the Team Lead and Project Manager of critical blockers or show-stopping issues prior to scheduled site launches. \nCreate and maintain manual test checklists, test-case scenarios, and pre-launch QA sign-off documentation. \n Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related courses \nHands-on experience conducting manual QA for custom WordPress themes, custom plugins, and Shopify stores. \n Experience using cross-browser and mobile device testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, real mobile devices). \n Experience managing bug tickets, reporting issue statuses, and verifying fixes in ClickUp. \nProven experience in web quality assurance testing for WordPress, Shopify, Web App etc. \nFamiliarity with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, BrowserStack, Lighthouse, GTmetrix). \nStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they affect website functionality. \nExperience in cross-browser and responsive design testing. \nKnowledge of SEO, web accessibility (WCAG standards), and security best practices. \nExperience in using bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. \nAbility to perform API testing (Postman, RESTful API testing is a plus). \nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \nExcellent communication skills to provide clear, detailed reports. \nMust be adaptable, flexible and possess a sense of urgency \nAbility to work independently as well as with a team \nAmenable to work 9AM - 6PM, Mon - Fri;
