bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues, collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure timely resolution.\nPerform regression testing to verify that updates and enhancements do not introduce new defects.\nVerify responsive design and mobile compatibility across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.\nTest third-party integrations, including CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics solutions.\nEnsure compliance with SEO best practices, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and applicable security requirements.\nMonitor website speed and performance, identify potential issues, and recommend optimization opportunities.\nWrite, review, and update QA documentation and procedures to improve troubleshooting efficiency and issue resolution.\nAssist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts where applicable.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website quality, functionality, and overall user experience.\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience in web quality assurance testing, particularly with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and web applications.\nFamiliarity with manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium, BrowserStack, Lighthouse, and GTmetrix.\nStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly their impact on website functionality.\nExperience in cross-browser compatibility and responsive design testing.\nKnowledge of SEO best practices, WCAG accessibility standards, and web application security principles.\nExperience with bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.\nFamiliarity with version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket.\nAbility to perform API testing using tools such as Postman and RESTful API testing techniques is an advantage.\nGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with automated testing frameworks and test script development.\nKnowledge of API testing and third-party integration testing.\nFamiliarity with website performance optimization and security vulnerability testing.\nExperience testing e-commerce websites and content management systems
