That is where you come in!\n Job Description:\nLead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.\nManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.\nMonitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies.\nConduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects.\nDrive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices.\n Qualifications:\n8+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies.\nDemonstrated, hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery.\nStrong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices.\nPMP certification preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is nice to have.\nExperience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management.\nAbility to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.\nExperience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus.\nExposure to account management and business development activities is desirable.\nExcellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.\n Salary Range: $120K - $145K Gross (base+bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits\nDisclaimer: Nagarro is an equal opportunity employer.
