integrations\nExperience in ServiceNow Asset Management processes and best practices\nExperience in other modules like ITOM or CSM along with ITIL knowledge\nServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory\nStrong understanding of ITAM, HAM, SAM, and ITSM modules\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nExperience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work in a global delivery environment\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nWork with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations\nProvide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM\nDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations\nUnderstand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design\nDevelop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform\nPerform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery\nConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements\nImplement configuration changes using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best
