Senior Staff Engineer, ServiceNow(HRSD,ITSM,SPM)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development
• Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and Integrations
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
• Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS
• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations with third-party and enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance
• Experience in component integration testing and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage
• ITIL knowledge is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations
• Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within SPM and CSM modules
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications
• Understand business requirements and support process standardization through effective platform design
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Create scalable technical solutions aligned with business objectives and platform best practices
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
• Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required
• Perform component integration testing and support end-to-end solution validation
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for platform improvements
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow modules across the organization

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
