That is where you come in!\n Requirements\nExperience : 7.5+ years\nStrong hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP/XM, and enterprise digital experience platforms.\nExpertise in Sitecore AI/Sitecore Stream, with an understanding of AI-enabled content management, personalization, search, and customer engagement capabilities.\nStrong development experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8 or later.\nExtensive experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise applications, microservices architectures, REST APIs, GraphQL integrations, and webhooks.\nHands-on experience with Sitecore Search, Sitecore Personalize, Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore Connect, Experience Edge, Sitecore SXA, and Sitecore JSS.\nExperience implementing Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS), source control practices, and automated deployment workflows.\nStrong frontend development and architecture skills using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\nExperience with Coveo Search and Sitecore Search, including search configuration, relevance optimization, and content discoverability.\nStrong understanding of Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and AI-powered personalization.\nExperience working with or architecting agentic AI platforms and AI agent-based solutions.\nKnowledge of Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architecture.\nStrong understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, observability, and enterprise engineering standards.\nProven ability to lead technical architecture, design reviews, modernization programs, and AI adoption initiatives.\nExperience mentoring developers, managing globally distributed engineering teams, and establishing technical communities of practice.\nAbility to balance strategic architecture and technical leadership with hands-on development, delivery, and production support.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.\nStrong ownership, innovation, thought leadership, and commitment to continuous learning in Sitecore and emerging AI technologies.\nSitecore certifications and relevant cloud certifications are desirable.\nVercel certification, Agentic AI certification, and digital marketing certifications or professional memberships are advantageous.\nResponsibilities\nDefine the overall architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for Sitecore AI initiatives and enterprise digital experience solutions.\nDesign, develop, and support enterprise-scale Sitecore applications, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.\nLead migration and modernization initiatives from traditional Sitecore XP/XM implementations to Sitecore XM Cloud and AI-enabled digital experience platforms.\nImplement AI-driven capabilities for personalization, search, content generation, content optimization, and customer engagement.\nArchitect and integrate solutions using Sitecore AI, Sitecore Stream, Sitecore Search, Sitecore Personalize, Content Hub, Connect, Experience Edge, and Generative AI technologies.\nImplement and manage Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) to enable source control, automated deployments, and efficient environment management.\nDesign, develop, and optimize Coveo Search and Sitecore Search solutions to improve search relevance, content discoverability, and user experience.\nDevelop headless and composable digital experience solutions using Sitecore JSS, React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture patterns.\nDesign and integrate REST APIs, microservices, GraphQL, webhooks, AI
