That's where you come in!\n REQUIREMENTS:\nTotal Experience 6+ years\nStrong hands-on experience in Workday Integration development and support.\nHands-on experience with Workday Extend, including custom business objects, custom fields, custom APIs, orchestrations, and UI/App Builder pages\nAdvanced expertise in Workday Studio, including complex multi-step integrations, XSLT/XPath transformations, Groovy scripting, error handling, and custom logging.\nStrong experience with Workday EIB, including inbound/outbound integrations, custom transformations, scheduling, and troubleshooting\nStrong experience with Workday Core Connectors and Cloud Connect for payroll, benefits, and third-party integrations.\nStrong experience with Workday Web Services, including SOAP/WWS, REST APIs, RaaS, API versioning, and deprecation management.\nStrong understanding of Workday Orchestrate and Business Process Framework for extending native business processes and implementing custom logic.\nWorking knowledge of PECI and experience supporting US Payroll and payroll/benefits-related integrations\nStrong experience with Workday security configuration, including Integration System Users (ISUs), security groups, domain and business process security policies, X.509 certificates, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.\nStrong experience in Workday reporting, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, calculated fields, and RaaS.\nWorking knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics, including data ingestion and integration of Workday and external data sources\nExposure to Workday AI and automation capabilities, including Workday Illuminate, AI Gateway, Agents, and machine learning-driven capabilities\nExperience integrating Workday with third-party systems such as payroll providers, benefits carriers, ATS platforms, financial systems, data warehouses, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft\nStrong experience with XSLT, XPath, Groovy, and complex data transformation and mapping requirements.\nExperience with integration monitoring, alerting, logging, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting Workday semi-annual releases, impact assessment, regression testing, and remediation activities\nExperience packaging and promoting Workday integrations and configurations across multiple tenants\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills\nStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nExperience working in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities/projects simultaneously\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and Talent.\nDevelop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST, and RaaS\nBuild and support inbound and outbound integrations with payroll providers, benefits carriers, ATS systems, financial platforms, data warehouses, and external applications.\nDesign and develop custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend, including custom business objects, APIs, orchestrations, and UI pages\nExtend native Workday business processes using Workday Orchestrate and Business Process Framework capabilities\nApply Workday AI and automation capabilities to streamline business processes, integration workflows, and reporting solutions.\nDevelop complex data transformations using XSLT, XPath, Groovy, calculated fields, and Workday Custom Reports.\nConfigure and support PECI and other payroll/financial interface protocols as required.\nDevelop advanced Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, calculated fields, and RaaS endpoints for downstream consumption.\nDesign and implement secure integration solutions using ISUs, security groups, domain and business process security policies, X.509 certificates, OAuth 2.0, and API access policies.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and tune production integrations to ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity.\nPerform root cause analysis for integration incidents and implement long-term corrective and preventive solutions.\nPartner with Workday functional teams across HCM, Payroll, Financials, Talent, and ATS to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions\nLead technical design sessions and create integration design documents, technical specifications, and implementation documentation.\nReview peer solutions and provide technical guidance on integration architecture, coding standards, security, performance, and maintainability.\nSupport Workday semi-annual release cycles by assessing changes, identifying integration impacts, and coordinating regression testing.\nManage integration event monitoring, alerting, and log analysis to proactively identify and resolve issues.\nSupport packaging and promotion of Workday configurations, integrations, and Extend applications across Workday tenants.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Workday solutions.\nMentor and guide junior integration developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing across the team.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives\n Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
