That's where you come in!\n REQUIREMENTS:\nTotal Experience 7+ years.\nStrong hands-on experience with Java 17 and core backend development.\nProficient in building microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.\nHands-on experience with Backbase platform, including service orchestration, SDKs, and widget customization.\nStrong understanding of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend system design.\nExperience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.\nWorking knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.\nStrong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and code quality standards.\nGood knowledge of system performance tuning and scalability optimization.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nWriting and reviewing high-quality, maintainable backend code using Java 17 and Spring Boot.\nDesigning, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs for enterprise and mobile applications.\nUnderstanding business use cases and technical requirements and converting them into robust backend solutions.\nIntegrating and customizing solutions using the Backbase platform.\nCollaborating closely with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.\nDefining and adhering to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and NFR considerations.\nEnsuring application scalability, security, and reliability through sound architectural decisions.\nWriting and reviewing technical design and architecture documentation.\nReviewing system design for scalability, extensibility, security, and performance best practices.\nIdentifying technical risks and resolving issues through root cause analysis.\nCarrying out POCs to validate architecture, frameworks, and technology choices.\nContributing to continuous improvement of backend development practices and standards.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
