That's where you come in!\n REQUIREMENT:\nTotal experience: 5.5+ years.\nStrong experience in test management and coordination for large-scale implementation programs.\nHands-on experience in ServiceNow testing across multiple modules and integrations.\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB, and integrations with security scanners such as Qualys and Wiz.\nExperience in planning, coordinating, and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nProven experience managing testing activities in multi-vendor or multi-supplier environments.\nStrong defect management experience, including defect logging, tracking, reporting, and triage coordination.\nExperience with go-live readiness assessments, quality gates, and release governance processes.\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other test automation solutions for ServiceNow is desirable.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.\nExperience working independently in geographically distributed Agile teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.\nServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is mandatory.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nCoordinate and govern all testing activities across three suppliers, ensuring requirements and quality gates are met before go-live.\nReview, provide feedback on, and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) activities across all suppliers.\nDefine, plan, and execute cross-supplier SIT scenarios and test cases.\nCoordinate, support, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business SMEs and stakeholders.\nTrack, manage, and report defects across all testing phases and lead defect triage discussions.\nMonitor defect resolution progress and ensure timely closure of critical issues.\nPrepare sprint test reports, testing dashboards, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.\nConduct go-live readiness assessments and coordinate formal test sign-offs.\nCollaborate with development, business, and vendor teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality.\nEnsure adherence to testing standards, processes, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nIdentify testing risks and proactively drive mitigation and resolution activities.\nAct as the primary point of contact for testing-related activities across multiple stakeholders and suppliers.\n Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2982,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T10:10:14Z"}],"liveness":{"score":52,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.516,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":29,"reasons":["conf:6","agency","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-23T16:15:10Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/nagarro-staff-engineer-servicenow-atf","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/nagarro-staff-engineer-servicenow-atf.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-23T16:15:10Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
