Discovery, and Service Mapping\nHands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise CMDB solutions\nStrong experience with CSDM, CMDB Governance, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)\nExperience with CMDB Health, CI Relationships, Data Certification, and Duplicate CI Remediation\nStrong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes\nExperience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications\nHands-on experience configuring Discovery schedules, credentials, probes, sensors, and patterns\nExperience developing and maintaining Pattern-based Discovery solutions\nStrong expertise in Top-down Service Mapping, Business Service Modeling, and Multi-tier Application Mapping\nExperience integrating CMDB with SCCM/MECM, VMware vCenter, Azure, AWS, GCP, Active Directory/Entra ID, and monitoring tools\nStrong experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations\nGood understanding of ITOM processes, enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory; CIS Discovery and CIS Service Mapping certifications are preferred\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise CMDB solutions following ServiceNow best practices\nDevelop and configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for business-critical applications and infrastructure\nImplement and maintain CSDM-aligned CMDB architecture and governance standards\nConfigure and manage Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), identification rules, and reconciliation rules\nMonitor and improve CMDB Health, including completeness, correctness, and compliance metrics\nConfigure Discovery schedules, credentials, probes, sensors, and pattern-based discovery solutions\nCreate, maintain, and optimize Service Maps for distributed, hybrid, and multi-tier applications\nTroubleshoot Discovery failures, identification issues, duplicate CIs, and Service Mapping-related problems\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers to enrich CMDB data\nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and Application teams to improve CMDB data quality\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices\nLead technical discussions, design reviews, and provide recommendations for scalable ITOM solutions\nMentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives across the ServiceNow platform\n Bachelor’s or master’s
