building original titles across puzzles, roguelikes, word games, and casual genres, plus web and mobile games for partners including national media, fintech companies, and major brands.\n We are looking for an Associate Project Manager preferably with previous experience of managing software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery to client(s) and has a thorough understanding of all stages of the SDLC.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCommunicate proactively and effectively with the members of cross-functional teams.\nCommunicate effectively with clients to understand and clarify scope of requirements.\nDefine and evaluate requirements to ensure technical feasibility.\nPrepare necessary documentation relevant to all stages of SDLC to maintain and preserve organizational knowledge.\nCreate project plans (task breakdown, timeline, potential risks, etc.) and technical proposal.\nUse project management tools like JIRA to monitor, identify and manage any risk with the potential to cause delay or failure.\nReview or test completed tasks to ensure flawless progression and delivery.\nReport to Technical PMO Manager with current status of all assigned projects and potential risks or issues. \n Strong understanding of concepts of system design and architecture.\nStrong understanding of core software development languages, frameworks and best practices.\nCandidates with experience in software project management or software development or educational background (degree in Computer Science) will be preferred.\nExperience with use of project management tools like JIRA, etc. will be given preference.\nExperience in technical and software requirement documentation will be given preference.\nSoft skills\nThe Associate Project Manager will be expected to have the following attributes:\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nFluency in English is a huge plus\nStrong ability to organize, structure and prioritize work\nPrior experience of communicating and reporting to client will be given preference \n What you will get from us\nA competitive salary according to your experience \nTwo days weekly leave\nTwo festival bonuses\nYearly increment based on the performance\nHealth Insurance and Wellness Programs\nComplimentary Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Snacks\nFlexible working hours\nYou will be joining a fast-moving and progressive company that prides itself of being at the forefront of software development and security services\nA real chance to grow very rapidly -
