The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, an understanding of branding, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into effective visual content.\n Key Responsibilities\nDesign daily social media creatives for Facebook and Instagram: posts, carousels, stories and reel covers.\n\nProduce Meta ad creatives in several sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) and versions for A/B testing.\n\nDesign offer and campaign visuals for month-end sales, festivals (Eid, Puja, Pohela Boishakh, Valentine's, wedding season) and service launches.\n\nRetouch and colour-correct before/after shots of makeup, hair, skin, nail and bridal work so they look natural and on-brand.\n\nCreate visuals for SMS/app push banners, website sliders and the booking app.\n\nDesign print and in-studio materials: flyers, menu/price cards, standees, gift vouchers and signage.\n\nEdit short-form video (reels, influencer content) with text, music and motion graphics.\n\nMaintain brand guidelines and a template library so the team can move fast and stay consistent.\n\nWork with the marketing team, beauty experts and influencers to brief and plan shoots.\n\nUse ad performance data (CTR, cost per message) to improve creatives each cycle.\n\nDeliver files on time, in the right formats, with organised source files.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.\n\nRelevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.\n\n What you will get from us\nA competitive salary according to your experience\nTwo festival bonuses\nYearly increment based on the performance\nHealth Insurance and Wellness Programs\nComplimentary Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Snacks\nFlexible working hours\nYou will be joining a fast-moving and progressive company that prides itself of being at the forefront of software development and security services\nA real chance to grow very rapidly -
