(Crypto) Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

Business Partners Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end account opening across multiple exchange, banking, and brokerage partners, ensuring seamless operational integration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect documentation, complete KYB / KYC and verification requirements, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Set up and configure accounts across partner platforms and financial venues; establish and test third-party connectivity.
• Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.

Operations Support & Documentation

• Maintain organized, reconciled internal records and account documentation.
• Support audit preparations, regulatory reviews, and documentation control as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability.

Platform Operations & Automation

• Support day-to-day booking and data workflows within the portfolio management system.
• Help maintain data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies across connected systems.
• Contribute to PMS automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress on assigned tasks and assist in ensuring milestones and deadlines are met across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations or project management.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; reliable and discreet with sensitive, confidential material.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Passionate about crypto, industry experience is highly preferred.
• Proactive communicator and team player.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin) a plus
