Beyond keeping records accurate across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners, you will spot inefficiencies and drive the process improvement and automation that lets operations scale as the firm grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nExecute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions, and monitor and document staking, bridging, and smart contract interactions daily\nOwn trade lifecycle processes end to end: trade capture, margin tracking, collateral monitoring, settlements, and daily reconciliation across counterparties and custody partners\nMaintain data accuracy across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners, and push back when something does not add up or reconcile cleanly against source records\nOwn internal dashboards, operational reporting, and procedure documentation, and support operational security processes, escalating issues to the COO team as needed\nCoordinate core business operations, including compliance procedures and vendor coordination, while keeping workflows moving between research, trading, compliance, and technology teams\nTrack and report on operational KPIs and process metrics, drive process improvement and automation, and support technology platform implementation and business continuity testing\nCore Essentials\n5-7 years in operations at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or crypto financial services business\nMeticulous attention to detail -
