You will partner with global IT teams and service providers to ensure service availability and drive the ongoing evolution of the organization's network architecture, with regular collaboration and support requirements aligned to US business hours and broader global operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, implement, and continuously improve enterprise network services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments\nDeploy and configure network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and remote access and branch connectivity solutions\nImplement and maintain network security controls such as firewalls, VPN, segmentation, and cloud-based security services\nMonitor network performance and availability, performing root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues and maintain reliability\nSupport incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITSM practices, collaborating with carriers, cloud providers, and vendors\nMaintain network diagrams, configuration standards, and technical documentation to support operational continuity and change management\nSupport office build-outs, relocations, and infrastructure refresh and modernization initiatives\nProvide technical guidance and escalation support for service desk, infrastructure, and regional IT teams\nCore Essentials\n5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, operations, or infrastructure services\nHands-on experience with WAN routing and connectivity, SD-WAN, LAN/campus networking, and Wi-Fi\nStrong understanding of routing, switching, and protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, and QoS\nExperience supporting cloud and hybrid network environments on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or equivalent platforms\nExperience implementing modern network security solutions such as next-generation firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), VPN, and ZTNA/SASE architectures\nHands-on experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC, or Xurrent for incident, change, and problem management\nBusiness-fluent English (read, write, verbal)\nBonus Skills\nCCNP or equivalent certification\nCloud networking certifications such as AWS Advanced Networking -
