and KPI needs into practical, user-friendly visual analytics solutions\nSupport testing, validation, user acceptance, and deployment of BI solutions\nTroubleshoot report defects, data discrepancies, refresh failures, and performance issues, coordinating with data engineering and infrastructure teams to restore service\nMaintain service documentation, support guides, and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency\nMonitor BI service, dashboard, and report usage and data accuracy, recommending improvements where needed\nSupport KPI definition, performance tracking, and management reporting needs\nCore Essentials\nBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics delivery, reporting, or business systems analysis\nHands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik\nStrong proficiency in SQL and data analysis and reporting logic\nExperience designing executive dashboards, operational reporting, and KPI scorecards\nBusiness-fluent English (read, write, verbal)\nBonus Skills\nExperience applying AI capabilities to reporting and analytics, such as prompt engineering or natural-language and conversational analytics\nPower BI, Tableau, or Qlik certification\nWorking knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL v4
