partnership with product owners, technical program managers, and development teams\nImplement, test, and release system enhancements, executing prioritized backlog items alongside US-based stakeholders\nProvide real-time support during US business hours as the primary contact for incident triage, resolution, and escalation\nMonitor service health, manage incidents and changes, and coordinate with global teams on prioritization and major incidents\nMaintain documentation and knowledge assets, and recommend improvements to systems, processes, and data quality\nCore Essentials\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n5-10 years of experience in systems analysis and operations support, ideally within the logistics or supply chain industry\nHands-on experience with ERP/TMS platforms such as CargoWise or SAP\nAdvanced knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as XML, SQL, and Java\nExperience with EDI mapping, translation, and standards such as X12 or EDIFACT, or with PO management solutions\nBusiness-fluent English (read, write, verbal)\nWillingness to work a Taiwan-based night shift schedule to support US business hours\nBonus Skills\nBackground in logistics, accounting, finance, or brokerage\nAutomation experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, or applied AI\nFamiliarity with IT service
