The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, organized, & capable of supporting business operations through efficient & cost-effective procurement practices.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nProcurement Management:\n\n Develop & implement procurement strategies & policies.\n\n Manage the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery\n\n Evaluate & select suppliers based on price, quality, & reliability\n\nSupplier Relationship Management:\n\n Establish & maintain relationships with key suppliers\n\n Negotiate contracts, terms, & conditions with suppliers\n\n Monitor supplier performance & resolve any issues or disputes\n\nInventory Management:\n\n Monitor inventory levels & manage stock replenishment\n\n Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials\n\nCost Management:\n\n Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities\n\n Implement cost control measures without compromising quality\n\nCompliance & Documentation:\n\n Maintain accurate & up-to-date procurement records & documentation\n\n Prepare reports on procurement activities & performance metrics\n\n Tabulate price changes\n\nRisk Management:\n\n Monitor market price changes & follow suppliers for shortages to stock outs\n\n Monitor seasonal items & sources with potential suppliers\n\n Identify & mitigate procurement-related risks\n\n Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions\n\nStakeholder Coordination:\n\n Collaborate with internal departments to understand & their procurement needs\n\n Provide guidance & support on procurement best practices\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.\n\n Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hardware industry.\n\n Strong negotiation & communication skills.\n\n Proficiency in procurement software & Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in using Tally.
