The Sr. Accountant owns planning and analysis for our multi-unit, cash pay healthcare business. This person builds the financial models, explains results to leadership, and prepares clear, accurate materials for the board and our investors. It is a hands on role that works closely with the executive team.\nWhat you will do\nBuild and maintain a driver based budget and rolling forecast at the studio level, including how new studios ramp from opening to maturity\nMaintain the company three statement model, including debt schedules and covenant forecasting, and keep it current for lender and deal discussions\nBuild lender, financing and deal models from the ground up as needed\nDeliver accurate ad hoc analysis on new markets, pricing, memberships, provider productivity and capital spend to support executive decisions\nPrepare board and investor materials and present them to the executive team\nWrite concise monthly variance commentary that explains what drove results\nBuild and maintain dashboards that give studio and regional leaders timely visibility into their performance\nPartner with operations, marketing and clinical leadership to translate business plans into financial targets\nWhat you bring\n6 to 9 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years of corporate FP&A at a PE backed or high growth company\nExperience building a driver based budget and forecast for a multi-unit business such as healthcare services, fitness, restaurants, retail or consumer services, including new unit ramp\nExpert three statement modeling skills, including debt schedules and covenant forecasting, with the ability to build a lender or deal model from scratch\nA track record of accurate, decision ready analysis for senior leadership\nExperience writing board or investor level materials and presenting them to executives\nAdvanced Excel, hands on ERP experience, and working knowledge of a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau\nBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
