Join us to ship reliable, privacy-first AI at global scale.\nAbout the Role \nJoin Nakisa as a Product Manager - IWMS, responsible for driving the growth, adoption, and success of Nakisa's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) product portfolio, including solutions supporting Portfolio Management, Facility Management, Capital Projects, Lease Administration, Vendor Management, and Workplace Operations. \nIn this cross-functional role, you will own key areas of the product lifecycle, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and customers to define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and deliver innovative solutions that address evolving real estate and workplace management challenges. \nYou will play a critical role in connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives to ensure Nakisa's IWMS solutions continue to deliver exceptional value to enterprise customers worldwide. This role reports to the Director of Product - IWMS and is ideal for a passionate Product Manager seeking to make a meaningful impact in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and enterprise SaaS space. \nWhat You'll Be Doing \nProduct Strategy & Lifecycle Management \nOwn and manage the product lifecycle for designated IWMS products and capabilities, from ideation through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. \nDefine and maintain product roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives, customer priorities, and market opportunities. \nEstablish and monitor product KPIs and success metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to guide product decisions and measure outcomes. \nTranslate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks. \nMarket & Customer Insights \nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery activities to identify trends, opportunities, and product differentiation. \nEngage directly with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction. \nTransform customer and market insights into product enhancements, new capabilities, and long-term strategic initiatives. \nAct as the voice of the customer within the organization. \nProduct Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership \nCollaborate closely with Engineering, UX, QA, and Architecture teams to define requirements and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives. \nParticipate in Agile planning activities, backlog management, feature prioritization, and release planning. \nPartner with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams to understand customer challenges and continuously improve the customer experience. \nServe as the subject matter expert throughout the development lifecycle. \nCustomer Engagement & Domain Expertise \nSupport customer onboarding, implementation, and go-live activities by providing product and domain expertise. \nFacilitate product workshops, requirement sessions, and solution validation discussions with customers when necessary. \nBuild trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. \nPre-Sales, RFP & Industry Support \nSupport pre-sales activities by conducting product demonstrations and articulating product value propositions. \nContribute to RFP, RFI, and security review responses. \nPartner with Sales to help position Nakisa's IWMS portfolio against competitors. \nParticipate in customer evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and executive presentations. \nGo-to-Market & Product Marketing \nCollaborate with Product Marketing to develop messaging, positioning, sales enablement materials, battle cards, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership content. \nSupport product launches and market introduction activities. \nInnovation & Industry Leadership \nStay current on Commercial Real Estate, Facility Management, Workplace Management, ESG, AI, and IWMS market trends. \nIdentify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and analytics capabilities, within the product portfolio. \nContribute to the evolution of Nakisa's long-term product vision and strategic direction.\nWhat You Bring \n5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, or related experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments. \nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. \nExperience defining roadmaps, KPIs, product vision, and driving product execution. \nDemonstrated ability to translate customer feedback into successful product outcomes. \nStrong collaboration skills across Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services. \nAbility to leverage product metrics and business data to drive decision-making. \nUnderstanding of enterprise software architectures, integrations, APIs, and cloud-based applications. \nExperience working in Agile product development environments. \nBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. \nUnderstanding of AI capabilities and emerging technologies within enterprise software. \nFluency in English is required, as this role serves as a primary point of contact for Nakisa's global client base, requiring consistent written and verbal communication with enterprise clients, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams located outside Quebec.* \n*Nakisa delivers SaaS solutions to 1,100+ organizations across 135 countries.
