Join us to ship reliable, privacy-first AI at global scale.\nAbout the role \n As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Nakisa, you will lead enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live, helping some of the world's largest organizations turn complicated business challenges into working solutions. You will be the senior advisor clients rely on through delivery. You will help Sales scope service engagements, so projects start on solid ground, and you will mentor other Implementation Consultants. This is a high-visibility, customer-facing role that requires a blend of deep technical acumen, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication skills.\nYou will focus on one of Nakisa's three solution areas:\nWorkforce Planning\nFinancial Management (lease accounting)\nReal Estate (IWMS) \nDeep expertise in these areas isn't required. We value the ability to learn a new area quickly.\nWhat you’ll be doing \nBridging the gap between enterprise technology and real business outcomes, you will lead clients from SOW signoff on scoped deliverables through to go-live, serving as their trusted senior technical advisor at every stage, while helping raise the bar for the Professional Services team. \nImplementation Delivery and Solution Design:\nLead end-to-end implementations for Nakisa's most strategic enterprise accounts, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing and implementation.\nPartner with Sales on deals to analyze requirements, scope the work and estimate implementation effort before the contract is signed.\nContribute to statements of work (SOWs) and build templates and pre-packaged solutions that Sales can use on their own. \nTechnical Expertise and Product Mastery: \nDeeply understand Nakisa’s suite of SaaS solutions, staying updated on new product releases, industry trends, and best practices. \nServe as a trusted senior technical advisor to clients, ensuring they understand the product’s capabilities and how it meets their needs. \nFacilitate technical discussions around integrations, configurations, and customizations as needed, often at the architecture level. \nStrategic Value Communication: \nTranslate technical features into strategic business benefits to support the customer’s long-term success with Nakisa solutions. \nWork cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to communicate insights and influence product development and roadmap decisions. \nEngage credibly with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite audiences, on strategic technology decisions. \nProject Support and Coordination: \nSupport the implementation phase by assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. \nConduct training sessions and workshops to ensure customer teams are empowered to maximize product usage. \nAct as a primary point of contact for clients during critical phases, fostering trust and advocating for customer needs. \nLeadership, Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: \nMentor and coach junior and intermediate Implementation consultants, helping build their technical and consultative skills. \nContribute to internal knowledge bases, training materials, and best practices documentation, and help define team-wide standards. \nLead internal training sessions and initiatives to elevate the team’s technical proficiency and customer service standards. \nAssistthe support team when needed to ensure smooth issue resolution and knowledge transfer.\nWhat you bring \nWe’re looking for a consultative problem-solver withsharp business sense, who learns new business areas quickly and hasthe presence to earn trust with senior stakeholders - someone who is as comfortable architecting a solution as they are presenting to a C-suite audience, and who is ready to help develop the next generation of Implementation consultants. \nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. \n5+ years of experience in Implementation Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a similar role within a SaaS solution provider, with a demonstrated focus on enterprise solutions.\nProven track recordof independently owning enterprise-grade engagements from requirements through go-live.\nProficient in enterprise software solutions and comfortable with cloud-based technologies, API/ERP integrations, and system architecture.\nExceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging senior client stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences. \nDemonstrated experience mentoring or informally leading junior team members.\nPrior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company.\nFluency in English is required, as this role serves as a primary point of contact for Nakisa’s global client base, requiring consistent written and verbal communication with enterprise clients, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams located outside Quebec.* \n*Nakisa delivers SaaS solutions to 1,100+ organizations across 135 countries.
