The candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of the contract and provide overall management support of Team Nakupuna staff ensuring alignment, growth, and exceptional client support.\nResponsibilities\nThe following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this position, but management may assign additional duties and responsibilities at any time. Specific duties include:\nResponsible for the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of all contract performance requirements and deliverables\nProvide program management support for the DMLSS-FM sustainment program and tasks associated with BUILDER sustainment, iNFADS, EPG, and eProjects data quality\nMaintain continuous DMLSS-FM implementation and integration through APIs or other means between DMLSS, BUILDER, iNFADS, and other CMMS across Navy Medicine Regions\nManage Travel Log and Program - estimate travel costs, assist team with scheduling travel within the government restrictions, and deconflict travel requests with government responsible officer\nCreate or assist with editing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Guides, and other documents necessary for the program and client\nEnsure execution of contract operation support functions, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, invoicing, and performance requirements\nResponsible for personnel management functions (e.g., performance management and assessment, mentoring, counseling, recruitment, hiring and firing, time and attendance, leave approval)\nEnsure development of the Contract Management Plan, outlining the management approach, management controls, organizational resources to be employed, deliverables, and delivery dates\nOversee and report to the Facilities and Infrastructure Support Services Managing Director on project performance and financial outcomes, including metrics such as profit margin, utilization, and cost execution\nQualifications\nSkills/Qualifications: Must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record in program management within a similar domain. Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and implement efficient automated solutions. Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive documentation is required, along with the flexibility to travel as necessary and manage multiple projects concurrently.\nEducation/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in technical or management field or another related field from an accredited institution is desired and will consider equivalent years of work experience\nComprehensive knowledge of DMLSS-FM, BUILDER, iNFADS, and other CMMS systems like NAVFAC MAXIMO and NAVFAC eProjects is preferred.\nMust be adept at coordinating complex tasks and activities across multiple regions and divisions, demonstrating exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with government representatives, contractors, and various stakeholders.\nExpertise in developing and implementing contract management plans, quality control processes, and performance metrics is essential.\nThe ability to provide effective training and support, both on-site and remotely, is required.\nA background in facilities management and familiarity with Navy Medicine operations will be highly desired.\nClearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC and possess a Secret security clearance.\nPhysical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:\nAbility to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.\nAbility to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.\nAbility to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.\nThe Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 (annualized USD).
