The Staffing Operations Manager will serve as an experienced workforce operations professional responsible for analyzing staffing processes, coordinating recruiting and onboarding activities, maintaining accurate and confidential workforce data, and recommending operational improvements. This position will also serve as a key liaison among program leadership, Recruiting, Human Resources, project teams, and customer stakeholders to support timely staffing actions and workforce readiness. The Staffing Operations Manager should be willing to collaborate and coach team members across the AMP program.\nResponsibilities\nThe following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.\nApply Nakupuna human resource principles and policy for managing, communicating, and reporting on project staffing\nMaintain and ensure confidentiality of personally identifiable information and other sensitive employee information such as salaries and personal information of staff\nDevelop and maintain relationships, and interface directly with customer, project management team and technical staff\nAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement\nWork with team management to prioritize staffing needs\nMaintain a staffing tracker spreadsheet - including GFE/certifications, req training, CAC expiration, & other Army & Nakupuna information\nCommunicate to staff when renewals, training, access needed, etc.\nProvide staffing content and additional data for Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLS)\nManage staff system access requests/tracking (and all Army access requests)\nProvide recruiting and staffing updates to program leadership. \nManage new hire info in internal Applicant Tracking system (iCIMS) and other recruiting tools as applicable\nAttend the recruiting meeting & ensure funded, contingent, and pipeline positions are accurate\nManage position description documentation\nManage Nakupuna new hire welcome emails/form submission\nTrack and manage internal & Army onboarding access requirements for new hires\nBe the primary point of contact for all onboarding process management\nProvide training to new hires to ensure they know the proper processes, requirements, and forms for onboarding.\nIntroduce new hires to the team and community.\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 6 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred. Experience in Human Resource Management and/or Workforce Recruiting desirable. Microsoft Office Suite experience required. Azure DevOps experience a plus.\nSkills/Qualifications: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong analytical analysis with high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Solid judgment and decision-making ability with focus on customer service. Able to carry out tasks independently while also working with cross-functional teams.\nClearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.\nWork Location: Work location will be in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia region and requires an onsite presence 2 days/week in Arlington, VA.\nThe Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 (annualized USD).
