If you care about building, moving fast, and making real impact, you'll fit right in.\nWhat you'll do\nManage and automate the fleet - build services for provisioning, health checks, upgrades, and incident remediation\n\nUphold reliability - embed observability, graceful degradation, and rollback paths into every layer you touch\n\nArchitect the network - design and evolve a high-throughput, low-latency fabric tailored to our high performance use-cases\n\nShip software, not scripts - develop clean, testable code (mostly Go) that treats our fleet like a first-class API\n\nDrive efficiency - improve utilization and power-to-performance ratios so capacity grows slower than usage\n\nPartner across the stack - work with product, infra, and platform teams to scope and deliver features like storage-aware scheduling, cache volumes, and other developer-facing features\n\nWhat we're looking for\nProven experience engineering large-scale infrastructure - writing the software that runs fleets, not just operating existing hyperscalers\n\nDepth in network architecture, data-center design, and performance tuning\n\nHands-on time deploying and managing compute hardware at scale (servers, switches, etc)\n\nFluency with modern orchestration and automation tooling (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible -
