Join us and become part of a company thatleads the digital transformation!\nWe are looking for a Talent Manager to join our HR team, who will be responsible for innovating and enhancing talent attraction while managing the full recruitment cycle, strengthening employer branding, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and develop top talent.\nYOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY:\nYou will report to the HR Director and manage a team of 2 resources:\nTalent Acquisition & Employer Branding: develop and drive strategies to attract highly qualified candidates; supervise recruitment and hiring processes; establish new partnerships and synergies with universities and specialized schools, fostering employer branding initiatives\nLearning: analyze organizational and individual training needs; assess the effectiveness of training programs and e-learning platforms (e.g., Coursera); support a culture of continuous learning within the organization\nTalent Development & Management: design and implement skill development programs and career plans; coordinate training and mentoring paths to encourage professional growth; monitor performance and propose improvement plans.\nSuccession Planning: identify critical roles and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity; evaluate key competencies and promote retention strategies.\nYOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:\nDegree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field\n\n5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition\n\nStrong experience in centralizing recruitment processes across multiple legal entities or regions\n\nStrong expertise in employer branding and talent attraction strategies\n\nAdvanced data analysis and reporting skills for tracking hiring metrics and optimizing recruitment strategies\n\nProven experience in sourcing and recruiting highly specialized IT roles\n\nKnowledge of IT job market trends, salary benchmarking, and the most effective sourcing channels for tech professionals\n\nHands-on experience with tech recruitment tools\n\nFluency in written and spoken English\n\nIt's a plus: master in Human Resources or similar certification and proficiency in Spanish.\n\nCOMPENSATION PACKAGE:\nEmployment Classification: Quadro under the CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria\nFixed Salary (RAL): €50.000 -
