You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of system changes before release, helping prevent bugs and production issues.\nThis role combines manual testing, regression testing, workflow validation, and close collaboration with developers and the product team.\nKey Responsibilities\nTest ERP system updates, new features, and n8n workflow changes before release.\nPerform regression testing to ensure existing functionality continues to work correctly.\nCreate and maintain test cases for critical business workflows across ERP modules and n8n automations.\nIdentify, document, and track bugs through their full lifecycle, following the team's workflow.\nVerify bug fixes and validate new features before deployment.\nTest integrations between ERP modules, n8n workflows, and external systems.\nTest backend services and RESTful APIs using tools such as Postman.\nWrite SQL queries to verify data accuracy and integrity across database tables.\nInvestigate system issues, identify potential root causes, and communicate findings clearly to developers and stakeholders.\nSupport release quality assurance and help prevent production issues.\nMaintain organized documentation of test cases, bug reports, and QA processes.\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.\nUnderstanding of manual testing, regression testing, and software testing principles.\nExperience creating and executing test cases for business workflows.\nUnderstanding of integration testing across modules and external systems.\nWorking knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium.\nAbility to write SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity.\nSolid understanding of APIs and RESTful services, with experience using Postman or similar tools.\nBasic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or JavaScript) to support testing and automation.\nStrong analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.\nNice to Have\nExperience testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems.\nExposure to n8n or other workflow automation platforms.\nExperience documenting and managing bugs in Jira.\nFamiliarity
