# Distribution Supervisor - 1st Shift

Dixon Ticonderoga Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining a strong safety culture, developing team members, and ensuring inventory accuracy and customer service objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement. Dixon was founded in 1936 and is a leading North American supplier of Art and Education products, serving School and Retail Markets. Dixon is headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin. We are also quickly accelerating our global growth, with the combined strength from our parent company, FILA. Schedule: 4:30am - 1:00pm (when facility is on 8-hour shift) or 4:30am - 3:00pm (when facility is on 10-hour shift).
