Out in restaurants, leading where it matters most, and owning your diary, your rhythm, and how you create impact. You’ll do this as part of a connected team of Area Managers, building a strong region together.\nAt its core: You build people → people build great restaurants → great restaurants create amazing customer experiences → that’s how we grow.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nThis is a hands-on, talent-centric leadership role focused on growth, potential and real human impact.\nYou’ll:\nBuild high-performing, engaged teams\n\nDevelop future leaders from within (our best leaders are grown, not hired)\n\nCoach and support Restaurant Managers to lift capability and confidence\n\nSupport Recruitment and drive talent, succession and internal development, building strong bench strength for the future\n\nDrive culture, performance and consistency across your area\n\nWork as part of a collaborative team of Area Managers, sharing ideas and building a strong region together\n\nPartner closely with your People Partner and Regional General Manager to drive alignment and momentum in restaurants\n\nLead across customer, people, safety, operations, sales and profit outcomes\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve performance, grow sales and strengthen your area\n\nBring energy and the Nando’s spirit into key moments, events and leadership experiences\n\nWho You Are:\nYou bring the kind of energy that lifts a room -
