You’ll also have the opportunity to influence how we work, introducing ideas and helping teams find approaches that suit their needs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTurn priorities into achievable plans. Work with teams and stakeholders to agree goals, sequence work, and build realistic delivery forecasts.\nKeep delivery moving. Remove blockers, coordinate dependencies, and manage risks across multiple teams and workstreams.\nConnect teams around shared outcomes. Build strong relationships across product, engineering, and the wider business, keeping the Nandoca experience at the centre of delivery.\nCoach and empower. Help teams strengthen their agile practices, take ownership, and build confidence in how they plan and deliver.\nCreate clarity. Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs in a way that supports timely, informed decisions.\nMake every voice count. Build an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, challenging ideas, and learning from mistakes.\nImprove how work flows. Use delivery measures such as throughput and lead time to identify obstacles and guide practical improvements.\nStrengthen our delivery community.
