sessions, and technical deep dives.\n\nBuild integrations and resolve complex implementation and platform issues.\n\nShip full-stack product improvements, from design through deployment.\n\nKeep customers informed with clear updates, expectations, and next steps.\n\nShape the roadmap with what you learn from customers.\n\nWho You Are\nYou communicate exceptionally well in English, on calls and in writing.\n\nYou build customer trust, listen carefully, and explain technical tradeoffs clearly.\n\nYou enjoy frequent customer interaction and helping developers succeed.\n\nYou have 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.\n\nYou translate customer needs into thoughtful, lasting product solutions.\n\nYou are comfortable debugging APIs, integrations, and production systems.\n\nYou
