Collaborate with enterprise architects, cloud infrastructure teams, application development teams, cybersecurity, business stakeholders, and project management to ensure that enterprise applications and cloud-enabled solutions meet business, technical, security, and operational requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy\nDefine and maintain enterprise application and solution architecture aligned with business objectives, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture standards.\nTranslate business requirements into target-state architectures, solution blueprints, technology roadmaps, and implementation strategies.\nEvaluate technology options and recommend appropriate application platforms, integration patterns, and cloud-enabled solutions.\nConduct architecture assessments, identify technical dependencies and risks, and recommend solutions that support scalability, maintainability, and reusability.\nParticipate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.\n2. Cloud-Enabled Application Architecture\nDesign enterprise application solutions leveraging cloud platforms and cloud-enabled integration services.\nDefine application architecture and integration requirements for SAP S/4HANA, SAP Master Data Governance, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and related enterprise systems.\nAssess opportunities to leverage cloud services to improve application integration, data exchange, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nDefine application-to-cloud integration requirements and collaborate with cloud infrastructure and platform teams to validate hosting, connectivity, availability, and operational dependencies.\nContribute to cloud adoption roadmaps, architecture assessments, and the evolution of enterprise applications toward appropriate cloud-enabled architectures.\n3. SAP Enterprise Solution Architecture\nLead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Master Data Governance implementations and transformation programs.\nDefine application data models, master data governance processes, workflows, business rules, validations, derivations, and data replication strategies.\nDesign solutions for Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, Material, and Finance master data domains.\nEnsure that SAP application designs align with enterprise architecture principles, SAP best practices, business requirements, and global process standards.\nReview functional and technical design documents and provide architectural guidance to functional consultants, developers, and implementation teams.\n4. Integration and Data Architecture\nDefine end-to-end integration architecture between SAP applications, cloud-enabled platforms, middleware, and external enterprise applications.\nDesign integration patterns using APIs, web services, IDocs, RFCs, and enterprise integration platforms.\nProvide architecture guidance for SAP BTP Integration Suite and associated integration technologies.\nDefine interface requirements, data mappings, error-handling mechanisms, monitoring requirements, and data reconciliation approaches.\nEnsure consistency, integrity, security, and reliability of data exchanged across enterprise applications.\nCollaborate with integration and platform teams to resolve cross-system architectural issues and integration risks.\n5. Technical Governance and Architecture Assurance\nLead solution design reviews and evaluate technical proposals against enterprise architecture standards and design principles.\nReview functional specifications, technical designs, interface designs, and implementation approaches.\nIdentify architectural risks, technology constraints, dependencies, and opportunities for standardization.\nEstablish reusable design patterns, technical guidelines, and architecture documentation.\nWork with enterprise architecture and security teams to incorporate applicable security, compliance, performance, and operational requirements into solution designs.\n6. Data Governance and Enterprise Transformation\nDefine architecture approaches for enterprise master data governance, data quality, data replication, and data management.\nLead data migration architecture and planning for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including mapping, transformation, validation, mock loads, and cutover.\nCoordinate with business, data, and technology teams to establish data quality controls and migration validation processes.\nEnsure that master data solutions support global business processes, data consistency, and downstream application requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data management, application interoperability, and enterprise information quality.\n7. Technical Leadership and Delivery Oversight\nProvide technical leadership and architectural guidance to functional, development, integration, and data migration teams.\nCoordinate architecture activities across business stakeholders, enterprise architects, cloud platform teams, and implementation partners.\nLead technical workshops, architecture discussions, design assessments, and solution reviews.\nOversee technical quality across application design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.\nSupport testing strategy, defect resolution, release planning, cutover, production readiness, and transition to application support.\nMentor technical team members and promote consistent engineering and solution design practices.\n8. Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement\nCollaborate with business leaders, global process owners, project managers, enterprise architects, and technology teams to align solutions with business priorities.\nCommunicate architecture decisions, technical risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.\nAssess emerging enterprise and cloud technologies and identify opportunities to improve application capabilities and integration.\nMaintain architecture documentation, technical standards, design decisions, and technology roadmaps.\nPromote continuous improvement, reuse, simplification, and sustainable enterprise technology solutions.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nExtensive experience in enterprise application architecture, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise technology transformation.\nStrong experience designing end-to-end enterprise application and integration solutions.\nExperience in solution architecture, application design, technical governance, and architecture review processes.\nStrong understanding of cloud-enabled enterprise applications, integration architecture, and cloud platform concepts.\nExperience in SAP Master Data Governance, enterprise data management, and master data migration.\nExperience collaborating with cloud infrastructure, integration, security, development, and business teams.\nDemonstrated technical leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nPreferred Technical Skills\nEnterprise architecture and solution architecture.\nSAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance.\nSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP BTP Integration Suite.\nEnterprise application integration, APIs, web services, IDocs, and
