What you build in the first six months shapes the product for years.\n\nWhat you’ll work on:\n\nGo services on Fiber powering the game feed, user data, and content delivery\n\nRecommendation and feed ranking systems informed by real behavioral data (view events, retention signals, engagement metrics)\n\nPostgreSQL schema design and query optimization at scale\n\nDocker-based deployments on Linux infrastructure\n\nAPI design for mobile clients (iOS/Android)\n\nData pipelines that turn raw events into actionable signals\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n3+ years of production Go experience — you’ve shipped and maintained services that handle real traffic\n\nStrong fundamentals: concurrency, networking, SQL, systems thinking\n\nComfort with Linux, Docker, and owning your own deployments\n\nSolid PostgreSQL experience beyond basic CRUD\n\nYou care about observability — logging, metrics, tracing aren’t afterthoughts\n\nBonus: experience with recommendation systems, data pipelines, or anything ML-adjacent\n\nWhy Nanogram\n\nEarly-stage with real funding and real users — not a slide deck company\n\nTiny team, massive ownership.
