Shape your career and the future of medical imaging with us.\nWe are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a strong accounting professional who enjoys both execution and ownership in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.\nThe Assistant Controller will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, financial analysis, compliance, SOX processes, tax-related matters and government incentives in a US publicly traded company environment.\nResponsibilities\nTake an active, hands-on role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.\nPrepare and support consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.\nPerform account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records.\nSupport the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and SEC reporting processes.\nCoordinate and work closely with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.\nHandle SOX-related tasks, including documentation, testing support, monitoring internal controls, and ensuring compliance with internal control requirements.\nCash management, banks, implementation of foreign currencies hedging policy.\nSupport government incentives applications and reports.\nSupport tax-related matters, including coordination with external tax advisors, tax reporting, provisions, compliance processes, and monitoring tax-related accounting matters.\nEnsure compliance with accounting policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nAssist in improving accounting processes, controls, and financial workflows to support a scalable finance organization.\nWork cross-functionally with operational teams and management to support finance-related business needs and provide timely financial insights.\nRequirements\nCPA qualification, preferably from one of the Big 4 accounting firms.\n1+ years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a multinational high-tech company -
