Print Design & Campus Collaterals\nConceptualize and produce high-quality print marketing materials, including course brochures, prospectuses, flyers, campus posters, large-format event backdrops, pull-up banners, and corporate stationery.\nMaintain consistency with the institution’s brand guidelines across all programs (Diploma to MBA level).\nPrepare production-ready files with strict adherence to print standards (CMYK color profiles, bleeds, margins, crops, resolutions, and dielines).\n2. Pre-Press & Vendor Management\nOwn the entire print production workflow from design output to print timelines.\nReview digital and physical hardcopy proofs, color draw-downs, and material samples to ensure print quality and finishing (e.g., embossing, spot UV, paper weight/texture).\n3. Agency & External Partner Coordination\nFormulate clear, concise design briefs for external creative agencies and freelancers when offloading production or campaign-specific workloads.\nReview agency deliverables, provide actionable creative feedback, and ensure final artwork aligns with institutional standards and deadlines.\n4. Bilingual Typography & Content Support\nTypeset, lay out, and proofread both English and Chinese marketing copy on printed materials, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural nuance, and typographic hierarchy.\nLiaise with Chinese-speaking team or vendors, or regional student recruitment representatives as needed.\n5. Ad-Hoc Event & Student Photography (SecondaryTask)\nProvide secondary photo coverage when the primary in-house photographer is unavailable. \nCapture high-quality photos for campus events (e.g., orientation, graduation, masterclasses) and student portraits.\nPerform basic post-processing and photo retouching in Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom or any other tools.\nJob Requirements\nExperience: Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a solid focus on print production and brand collateral.
