  • Develop dashboards and management insights covering campaign performance, customer behaviour, lead quality, funnel movement, channel contribution and return on marketing investment.

  • Use customer, campaign and funnel data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps and areas for continuous improvement.

  • Prioritise staff, budgets, systems and external resources across competing portfolio requirements, within approved plans and delegated authority.

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team covering growth partnership, customer relationship management, automation, analytics, content and engagement.

  • Manage relevant agencies, technology providers and vendors, ensuring effective delivery, governance and value.

  • Build effective relationships with senior leaders, value-stream teams, NTU colleges and schools, central University functions, industry partners and government or institutional stakeholders.
