The role focuses on project management, budget and funding administration, event coordination, academic poster/visual design, social media, and stakeholder liaison.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage project schedules, milestones, documentation, and task follow-up.\nAssist with budget tracking, reimbursement, procurement, and funding compliance.\nCoordinate seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic visits.\nDesign academic posters, slides, infographics, and publicity materials.\nManage social media, website updates, and research news communication.\nLiaise with PIs, researchers, students, funding agencies, vendors, and university offices.\nSupport grant reporting, meeting minutes, and records management.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in STEM; preferably in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
