Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of academic excellence.\n\nPublish & Disseminate: Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals. Present work at academic and industry events to share knowledge and establish thought leadership.\n\nCollaborate: Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers and domain experts to translate research concepts into impactful solutions and guide their implementation.\n\nRequirements:\nPhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related disciplines;\n\nA strong research background and publication record in relevant areas such as LLMs, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems.\n\nDeep theoretical and practical understanding of state-of-the-art AI models and frameworks (e.g., Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch).\n\nDemonstrated ability to formulate research problems, design experiments, and analyze results rigorously.\n\nProficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML/LLM libraries.\n\nFor Senior Research Fellow: Several years of post-doctoral experience, a proven track record of leading research
